Client agrees that the songwriter will create a custom original song based on the story and information provided by the client.

Creative Control

The songwriter retains full creative control regarding lyrics, melody, arrangement, and style.

Delivery Timeline

Song will be delivered within 14 business days after receiving the completed questionnaire and payment.

Revisions

Client may request up to 1 or 2 revisions based on package purchase for lyrical adjustments. Additional revisions may incur additional fee. Please note all revisions must stay within the original story and theme

Payment Terms

Full payment is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed.

Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of custom songwriting, payments are non-refundable.

Copyright Ownership

Personal Use Licensing

Client is granted a non-exclusive license for personal use including weddings, gifts, and personal sharing

Promotional Use

The songwriter may use the song for portfolio, website, or promotional purposes unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

Delivery Format

Final song will be delivered as a high-quality digital audio file (MP3/WAV) via email or download

Digital Delivery Policy

All custom songs and audio products purchased through this website are delivered digitally. Once your custom song is completed and approved, you will receive an email containing a secure download link for your audio file(s). Files are typically delivered in high-quality MP3 format and may also include WAV format when applicable. Please download and save your file to your device within the download period provided in the email. We recommend saving a backup copy to ensure you always have access to your personalized music. Because each song is custom-written and produced specifically for the customer, all sales are final and non-refundable once audio file has been delivered. If you experience any difficulty accessing or downloading your file, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we will be happy to resend your download link or assist you with accessing your file.
